PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for configuring a control channel related to transmission of user data.

SOLUTION: A method performed by a mobile terminal receiving control information in a plurality of control information formats with different numbers of bits in a mobile communication system comprises: a step of receiving a physical resource element containing at least one modulated control information of a control channel; a step of demodulating modulated control information of at least one control channel by using a given modulation system in order to acquire coded control information bits of the control channel; and a step of decoding the coded control information bits of at least one control channel. In the demodulating step, the coded control information bits having the number of bits which is integral multiple of the minimum number of bits of the coded control information bits in the plurality of control information formats are acquired.
