<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer unit capable of preventing the retention of developer around a supply member, and also, preventing the unevenness of a developer carrying amount on a developer carrier. <P>SOLUTION: A developer unit includes: a developing part (a developing case 65) having a developer carrier (a developing roller 61) which carries the developer, a supply member (a supply roller 63) which supplies the developer to the developer carrier, and a regulating member (a layer thickness regulating blade 62) which is arranged above the supply member to regulate the thickness of the developer on the developer carrier by slidingly contacting the developer carrier; a developer storage part which stores the developer therein; and a plurality of conveying members (augers 64) which convey the developer in the axial direction of the supply member. One of the plurality of conveying members, that is, a first conveying member (a first auger 641) is arranged at the position, which is above the supply member and adjacent to the regulating member, and a second conveying member (a second auger 642) different from the first conveying member is arranged side by side in the peripheral direction of the supply member relative to the first conveying member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
