HUMAN BODY ATTITUDE ESTIMATION DEVICE, HUMAN BODY ATTITUDE ESTIMATION METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the attitude of a human body including a complicated movement with high precision.

SOLUTION: A human body attitude estimation device includes a movement analysis part 110 which acquires a beat frame including abrupt change of a movement while showing rhythm of the movement from reference motion data, a model construction part 120 which learns a GPDM in each latent space with respect to a plurality of segments generated by dividing the reference motion data, and performs estimation using coordinates in a latent space corresponding to the beat frame as coordinates of latent spaces where learnt GPDMs can mutually transition respectively, and a movement tracking part 20 which tracks a human body attitude in a picture of user video data obtained by photographing movements of the user based upon the beat frame and the coordinates of the transitionable latent spaces.
