PURPOSE: A tube buffer is provided to maximize shock absorbing effect by implementing successive and independent expanding and tearing processes to double absorb shock energy. CONSTITUTION: A tube buffer(100) comprises a punch set(110) and a shock absorbing tube(120). The punch set is advanced by a physical impact. The shock absorbing tube absorbs collision energy through successive expanding and tearing processes according to the advancing of the punch set.
