<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molded gasket effectively suppressing sticking of foreign matters, contamination, damages not only in a gasket body but also in a surface treated layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the molded gasket in which the surface treated layer 12 is arranged on one face 11a of a substrate 11 and the gascket body 13 comprising an elastomer is integrally formed on the other face 11b, a first step of forming the gasket body 13 to the substrate 11 where the surface treated layer is arranged and a second step temporarily placing a molded article on a placing base and the third step removing burr part from a production part by punching the molded article are executed in series. In the first step, a projecting leg 17 made of the elastomer is integrally formed at a position corresponding to the burr part in the molded article; in the second step, the molded piece is brought into contact with the placing base by holding the leg; and in the third step, the leg is cut as a part of the burr part, when temporarily placing the molded article on the placing base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
