<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner exhibiting the maximum air conditioning capacity while suppressing cutoff of a breaker provided in a house by appropriately limiting a current value. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner stores information about an electric appliance having a large current rating, which is simultaneously used with the air conditioner, together with information about a use period of the appliance, and carries out a limited current value operation based on the information. This prevents such problems that cut off of a breaker is caused by missing to set a limited current value operation or amenity is degraded by an insufficient air-conditioning capacity due to missing to cancel a limited current value operation. Further, during the limited current value operation, the air conditioner can change a limited current value available for the air conditioner in accordance with use conditions of other electric appliances, and thereby, can exhibits the maximum air-conditioning capacity and prevent degradation in amenity for a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
