<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly identify a content and a source of transmission mail. <P>SOLUTION: A mail communication device in a mail monitoring system has: a detection unit 51 for detecting transmission of a mail from own device; a log recording unit 52 for, when recording a transmission log concerning mail transmission, recording the transmission log based on a transmission log recording policy concerning the mail; a mail reproducing unit 53 for, when storing a mail content including a mail text, reproducing the mail content in association with the transmission log based on a mail content storing policy; and a transmission unit 55 for transmitting the mail content and the transmission log to a management server 3 and also to a mail server 6 designated as a transmission destination of the mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
