PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal and a control method thereof, and a server for providing a service of collecting a missing mobile communication terminal are provided to automatically perform camera photographing when a user presses a key button of the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A missing mobile communication terminal(100) receives a message from a server(200) for providing a service of collecting a missing mobile communication terminal. When the received message includes a missing control code, the missing mobile communication terminal is switched into a missing mobile communication terminal mode. When manipulation of at least one key button is detected, the missing mobile communication terminal photographs a still image or a moving picture. The missing mobile communication terminal transmits the photographed image to the server.
