<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion that can correct the posture of a seated person, and a wheelchair. <P>SOLUTION: The cushion 1 includes a cell unit 2; an internal pressure regulating part 3 for regulating body pressure distribution; sheet-like body pressure sensors 5, 7 having body pressure sensor thin films 51, 77, a plurality of body pressure electrodes 01X-16X, 01Y-16Y, 01a-16a, 01b-16b, 01c-16c, 01d-16d, and a plurality of body pressure detecting parts A0101-A1616 and capable of detecting body pressure applied to the body pressure detecting parts A0101-A1616 as electric quantities; and control parts 4, 8 controlling the internal pressure regulating part 3 to change the internal pressure of cells 20LB, 20LF, 20RB, 20RF, 21B, 21LF, 21RF.
