<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus etc., that is high in convenience to a user who selects an item by changing a display state of candidates which are not selected. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus including an input detection part capable of a plurality of touched positions at the same time, and a display part displays a list of a plurality of candidate images as candidates at the display part, and selects a selected image based upon a position which is touched while the input detection part detects the touch.
