PURPOSE: A synthetic wood reinforcement block for slip prevention is provided to improve coupling force of a groove part and an anti-slip material by preventing the anti-slip material from being separated from the groove part. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic wood reinforcement block for slip prevention comprises a main block, groove parts, and anti-slip materials(40). The main block is coupled to the top of the ground to reinforce the ground. The groove parts are formed on the top surface or the top and bottom surfaces of the main block in a longitudinal direction. One or more protrusion pieces are formed on the bottom surfaces of the groove parts. The groove parts, which are exposed to the outside, are filled with the anti-slip materials.
