<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively leaching out In from a mixture of In and Sn more efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: By leaching out the mixture of In and Sn with organic sulfonic acid, separability of the In and Sn is raised, and the In is selectively recovered. It is desirable that the organic sulfonic acid is methansulfonic acid, that pH of acid leaching is 1.0 to 2.5, and further that the mixture of the In and Sn is a mixture of indium hydroxide and tin hydroxide produced from ITO scrap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
