PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a retrieval result, even when the same image is used in a plurality of Web pages.

SOLUTION: An image retrieval device 10 includes: an image database 11 for storing an image of a retrieval object and storing a hash value acquired from the image in association with information showing a Web site in which the image is used; a retrieval keyword input part 17 for inputting a keyword for retrieval; a retrieval part 18 for retrieving the image of the retrieval object stored in the image database 11 by using the input keyword; and an output part 19 for outputting the information showing the image acquired by the retrieval and the information showing the Web site in which the image stored in association with the hash value of the image in the image database 11 is used.
