<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determination of an anti-drug antibody, and a kit for the use of such an assay method. <P>SOLUTION: An antibody against a drug antibody in a sample is immunologically measured by using a double antigen bridging immunoassay method comprising a capture drug antibody and a tracer drug antibody. The assay method is characterized in that the capture drug antibody is a mixture of the drug antibody conjugated to a solid phase in at least two different antibody sites, and that the tracer drug antibody is a mixture of the drug antibody conjugated to a detectable label in at least two different antibody sites. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
