<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail decoration removing tape which enables a favorable using feeling to be obtained, and at the same time, an excellent air tightness and so forth to be obtained, and to provide an efficient method for manufacturing the nail decoration removing tape. <P>SOLUTION: The nail decoration removing tape or the like, used for removing a nail decoration applied on the nail of the finger tip, includes: a base material tape which is constituted of an aluminum material; a flap section which is installed at least on one side of the base material tape, and is used while being bent; and a pad for absorb-holding a polish remover for the nail decoration.
