<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die which enables an appearance-excellent resin molded article constituted of resins of two colors and coated with a transparent clear coating, to efficiently be manufactured, and to provide its mold-coating method. <P>SOLUTION: A common die and a first molding die are closed, and a resin under a molten state is injection-filled in a first cavity which is formed in between. Then, a first molded article is molded by cool-solidifying the resin. The common die and the first molding die are opened, and the common die and a second molding die are closed under a state wherein the common die is holding the first molded article. A resin under a molten state is injection-filled in a second cavity which is formed between the common die, the second die and the first molded article, and a second molded article which has been fixed to the first molded article is molded by cool-solidifying the resin. The second molding die is opened, a gap is formed between the second molding die, the first molded article and the second molded article, and a paint is injected into the gap from paint injecting machine. After the completion of the injection, the second molding die is advanced in the die closing direction, and the paint is hardened while applying a die clamping force to the paint. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
