The method involves determining current accelerations (ax,ay) of a vehicle (1) by a temporal derivative. The multiplication of the derivative is predicted with a given time interval of a jerk load of the vehicle inside the given time interval. A medium (4) is actuated and adjusted for a dynamic-dependent support of the passenger as a function of predicted acceleration of the vehicle.
