PURPOSE: An edge band transfer device of an edge banding machine is provided to prevent the vertical movement of an edge band regardless of the size of the edge band by simply mounting a stopper on a restricting bar. CONSTITUTION: An edge band transfer device of an edge banding machine comprises a guide unit(200). The guide unit comprises a guide plate(210), a guide roller(220), an elastic piece(230), and a vertical restricting member(240). The guide plate makes contact with one surface of an edge band(B) and guides the edge band. The guide roller makes contact with the other surface of the edge band and rotates with the forward transfer of the edge band. When the edge band is cut, the elastic piece presses the other surface of the edge band to prevent the backward movement of the edge band.
