PURPOSE: A fluid mixture supplying apparatus and a fluid mixture supplying method are provided to reduce primary cost by simplifying the structure of the apparatus and efficiently mixing different kinds of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A first flow tube(110) is in connection with a second flow tube(120) in order to mix first fluid(111) and second fluid(121). A hollow mixer(130) is in connection with the first flow tube in order to flow mixed fluid(131). An outlet is formed in the mixer. The mixed fluid is discharged through the outlet. A mixing pump(140) is arranged between the connection part of the first and the second flow tubes, and the mixer.
