PURPOSE: An elevator system is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing working time because a radio frequency identification(RFID) reader is installed in a first bracket. CONSTITUTION: An elevator system comprises an elevator car(110), a target sensed object(161), a first bracket(163), and multiple sensors(167). The target sensed object is respectively installed in each floor of a building forming an elevator. A RFID tag is attached on the target sensed object. An ID corresponding to each floor of the building is given to the RFID tag. The first bracket is installed in an elevator car corresponding to the target sensed object. A RFID reader for reading information of the RFID tag is installed in the first bracket. The multiple sensors are installed in the first bracket and senses the target sensed object in order to sense that the elevator car is located in a door section of an elevator.
