<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for storing information capable of keeping a bonding agent from entering a clearance between a domical movable member and an adhesive layer and enabling precise manipulations of a domical switch. <P>SOLUTION: A medium for storing information 10 comprises a frame 11, a module 13 installed therein and having a domical switch 12, and a pair of substrates 15 and 16 sandwiching the frame 11 and the module 13 via a bonding layer 14. The domical switch 12 comprises a contact on one side of the module 13, a domical movable member 19 thereon, an adhesive layer 20 provided therearound separately from the domical movable member 19, and a covering material 21 adhered counter to the module 13 with the adhesive layer 20 to cover the domical movable member 19.
