<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with high image quality. <P>SOLUTION: Driving at 120 Hz is performed in a manner that: a first video signal is supplied to a first pixel electrode in a first frame period; a second video signal with a polarity opposite to that of the first video signal is supplied to a first pixel in a second frame period; a third video signal with the same polarity as that of the first video signal is supplied to a second pixel electrode in the first frame period; a fourth video signal with a polarity opposite to that of the first video signal is supplied to the second pixel electrode in the second frame period; a fifth video signal with the same polarity as that of the first video signal is supplied to a third pixel electrode in the first frame period; a sixth video signal with a polarity opposite to that of the first video signal is supplied to a third pixel in the second frame period; a seventh video signal with the same polarity as that of the first video signal is supplied to a fourth pixel electrode in the first frame period; and an eighth video signal with a polarity opposite to that of the first video signal is supplied to the fourth pixel electrode in the second frame period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
