<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lever support structure compact while a shift lever and a lifting/lowering lever can be easily operated even when an operator remains seated on a driver's seat. <P>SOLUTION: The gear shift lever 12 and the lifting/lowering lever 13 are supported on the lever support structure 30 extending toward a vehicle front side from a front end of an armrest 20 positioned in a lateral side of the driver's seat 3. A shift lever guide face 33 is provided in an inside portion of a vehicle upper face of the lever support structure 30 in a vehicle body lateral direction, and a lifting/lowering lever guide face 34 is provided in an outside portion of the vehicle upper face of the lever support structure 30 in the vehicle body lateral direction. The lifting/lowering lever guide face 34 is arranged at a position lower than the position of the shift lever guide face 33. An upper end of the lifting/lowering lever 13 is positioned lower than an upper end of the gear shift lever 12.
