PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize broadcast wave data with video data so as to display the synthesized data without mounting neither a high performance processor nor an advanced OS.

SOLUTION: An information output device includes: a first interface part for receiving broadcast wave data on the basis of an apparatus operation signal; a second interface part for transmitting the apparatus operation signal to an information generation device; a third interface part for receiving video data transmitted from the information generation device; a fourth interface part for receiving a control instruction transmitted from the information generation device; an information synthesis part for synthesizing the broadcast wave data with the video data so as to allow a display device to display the synthesized data; a first connection establishment part for establishing connection to transmit the apparatus operation signal to the information generation device via the second interface part; a second connection establishment part for establishing connection to receive the video data via the fourth interface part; and a third connection establishment part for establishing connection to receive the control instruction transmitted from the information generation device.
