摘要

A white light emitting device (10) comprises: (i) a blue light emitting element; (ii) a cover for covering the blue light emitting element; (iii) fluorescent material for converting wavelength of light emitted from the blue light emitting element to adjust chromaticity of the light being mixed in the cover; and (iv) luminance reducing material for adjusting the luminance of the light being mixed in the cover.
