摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device that enables radio waves radiated from a sensor to form an ideal detection area without being affected by a water pipe when a water discharge part body is utilized as a wave guide pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A water discharge device is composed of a water discharge part body 1, a water pipe 3 for supplying washing water to a water discharge port 2, and a sensor part 4 for obtaining information regarding objects to be detected by reflected waves of emitted radio waves, comprising a radio wave passage space 6 formed between the water discharge part body 1 and the water pipe 3 for radio waves to propagate through, a radio wave guide part 5 for guiding the radio waves emitted by the sensor part 4 into the radio wave passage space 6, and a radio-wave-radiating port 1a that communicates with the radio wave passage space 6 and is formed on the water discharge part body 1 for outward emission of the radio waves that has been propagated through the water discharge part body 1 and for receiving the radio waves reflected outside. A location where intensity of the radio waves propagating into the radio-wave-radiating port 1a reaches the maximum is a location to avoid the water discharge port 2 in the radio-wave-radiating port 1a and opposite to the inner wall surface on which the water discharge port 2 is placed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
