<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerization initiator in which there are not the contamination of a polymerization object and the contamination of an apparatus by a decomposition product, an isomerization object or the like which is generated by light at the time of exposure; a photopolymerization initiator which can offer a photocurable composition in which resolution, developability, deep part curability, and adhesion with substrate become good; and a photocurable composition containing the photopolymerization initiator. <P>SOLUTION: The photopolymerization initiator is shown by the general formula (wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>-R<SP POS="POST">9</SP>are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group or the like; R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is an alkyl group containing an ester group; R3 is an alkyl group; and Ar is an aryl group or heteroaryl group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
