The second portion is disposed on the first portion and the display layer and comprises a Low Surface Energy material. In use, the Low Surface Energy material may act to absorb energy from impacts and reduce possible injuries. The display layer may include an LED arrangement to improve visibility and safety. The first portion may comprise a resin and a hardener and the second portion may comprise a luminescent material which may comprise a phosphor, strontium aluminate or zinc sulphide. |
