Granules production involves utilizing thermoplastic plastics, mixing natural fibers and plastic with thermoplastic plastics, extruding with an extruder, and subsequent cooling. The extruded material is cooled at a temperature, at which the material begins to harden. The material is processed with a pellet press for pellets, in which material is pressed by rollers rolled on a matrix by drillings of the matrix. An independent claim is also included for a device for the execution of the method, which comprises a refrigerator as extruder, a cooling conveyor, and a pellet press. |
