<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting connector in which instantaneous shut-off of a signal or the like hardly occurs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The connector is equipped with a coaxial line having a center conductor, a strip line connected electrically to the coaxial line, and a dielectric film to cover at least a part of the strip line. The strip line is installed in flat plate shape and the dielectric film is installed so that at least a part of the opposite side face to the strip line may be a jointing face at the time of connection.
