<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a row house information management system for managing information related to renovation of a row house and supporting smooth rebuilding of the row house. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The row house has a plurality of residences A, B, C, and D connected to each other, and outside stairs SA, SB, SC, and SD prepared between the adjacent residences as connection structures. The row house information management system 1 determines whether the sum of a floor area A2' of a residence A to be renovated, areas B2, C2, and D2 of the other residences, and an area Z2 of the connection structure exceeds the total floor area X2 or not.
