FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a pipeline (12) of feeding with a thinner (thinners), designed to transport the thinner from a processing plant (11) into a producing plant (10), and a pipeline (13) of removal, designed to transport heavy crude oil, produced on the producing plant (10) and mixed with the thinner (thinners), from the producing plant (10) into the processing plant (11). The pipeline (12) of feeding with the thinner (thinners) is used to transport a fuel mixture and the thinner (thinners) to the producing plant (10).
