A method for estimation of human thermoregulatory response at general air criotherapeutical influence based on the measurement of skin surface temperature, and skin surface temperature is measured before and after cryotherapy session at the left and right points at the level of 3-4 intercostal spaces on midclavicular and shoulder lines of the chest and at points on the lateral surface of the middle third of the right and left shoulders and left and right thighs, results of measurements are entered into computer, and absolute value of deviation of the average surface body temperature is determined using computer programs.
