FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device contains three pneumohydraulic chambers, compressing element, located on external circular sides of first and second chambers opposite to said place of measurement. Compressing element represents third pneumohydraulic chamber. First sensor measures internal pressure in first chamber. Regulation unit controls effort of compressing element pressure by pressure signal from pressure sensor. Sensor unit registers pulse wave in place of measurement basing on change of internal pressure in first chamber. Calculation unit analyses pulse wave to estimate atherosclerosis degree. Regulation unit is made with possibility to make said compressing element perform pressure both on first and second chambers to press to measurement place. First and second chambers are made with possibility of pressing to place of measurement with pressure effort. Regulation unit regulates internal pressure in third chamber in accordance with third chamber vibration. Sensor unit is made with possibility of pulse wave registration in place of measurement basing on change of internal pressure in first chamber during the time of its pressing to place of measurement with pressure effort.
