FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: oven for baking dough products contains a chamber having a transportation tool for movement of multiple baking trays (10) with dough products (11) along a vertical trajectory through the oven chamber and two series of injectors positioned on either side of the transportation trajectory, following one after another in the vertical direction, having two series of air inlet holes and limiting the horizontally positioned flow chambers. The air injectors with the flow chambers are designed so that to enable delivery of heated air in the horizontal direction and to deflect air into the oven chamber through the series of air holes for uniform distribution of air supplied over the baking trays. The first series air injectors are intended for simultaneous inlet of air delivered while those of the second series are intended for air delivery ion the opposite direction and. Together with the first series injectors, form a part of the air circuit propelling the airscrew. The oven contains a control tool for periodical variation of the screw drive direction during vertical transportation of baking trays with dough products. ^ EFFECT: oven as per the invention ensures uniform flow of heated air over the products. ^ 25 cl, 12 dwg |
