FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises a grip roll and an easily released belt. The grip roll has a coating of an easily released material. The belt comprises the first tape and the second tape, the front section and the rear section. Each tape has an easily released side and an adhesive side. The adhesive side of one tape is connected to the adhesive side of the other tape. Side edges of tapes are made even. A part of the first tape on the front section is removed. A part of the second tape on the rear section is removed. A part of the open adhesive side on the rear section of the first tape is adhered to a part of the open adhesive side on the rear section of the second tape to form a closed belt. A part of the first tape is installed on the grip roll. The device to manufacture a belt comprises a winding reel, the first tape roll and the second tape roll.
