The device (100) has voltage-guiding component such as two contact pieces (101, 102) and two connecting pieces (103, 104) that are totally enclosed in a packaging (105). The packaging is filled with a filling medium (109) that contains a compound from a group of perfluorinated ketone. The packaging is provided with an openable and again-lockable closure element. The filling medium serves as an electrical isolation medium and/or an arc quenching medium. The connecting pieces are surrounded by bellows (108).
