GENERATOR OF SUPERHEATED STEAM

PURPOSE: An overheated steam generator is provided to increase transferred speed and penetration of heat by reducing particle sizes of moisture supplying to indoor spaces with overheated steam. CONSTITUTION: An overheated steam generator comprises a water supply tank(10) and a generation unit(30). The water supply tank stores and supplies water for generating steam. The generation unit heats the water supplied from the water supply tank to generate overheated steam and comprises a storage tank(40), a receiving tank, and a spray tank(60). The storage tank stores the water supplied from the water supply tank and heats the stored water. The receiving tank is located inside the storage tank and accommodates the water heated by a first heating part. The spray tank has a second heating part that more heats the water accommodating in the receiving tank and sprays the steam overheated by the second heating part.
