VERTICAL AXIS TURBINE AND BI-DIRECTIONAL STACK TYPE VERTICAL AXIS TURBINE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A vertical shaft turbine and a bidirectional stack-type vertical turbine having the same are provided to achieve improved efficiency and operating rate by rapidly responding to an intermittent wind in a city to reach a constant speed. CONSTITUTION: A vertical shaft turbine comprises a complex blade unit(900), an arm(850), a rotary shaft, and a supporter. The complex blade unit comprises a cassette, a centrifugal rotating shaft(930), a first blade(950), a unit against centrifugal force, and a second blade(990). The cassette is connected to the arm. The centrifugal rotating shaft is connected to the cassette to rotate. The first blade is connected to the centrifugal rotating shaft to rotate. The first blade rotates itself about the centrifugal rotating shaft by the force from the unit against centrifugal force. The unit against centrifugal force is connected to the first blade.
