PURPOSE: Rice noodles with five colors, and a producing method thereof are provided to use fruits or vegetables having the color green, red, yellow, and purple to obtain the noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice noodles with five colors comprises the following steps: inserting 30-40wt% of rice into 60-70wt% of water for soaking the rice for 2-3 hours, and removing the moisture from the rice; grinding the rice into 3-5 micrometers; washing and drying fruits or vegetables having the color green, red, yellow, and purple in the shade, and finely crushing the dried fruits or vegetables into 3-5 micrometers; mixing 90-95wt% of rice powder and 5-10wt% of fruits or vegetables powder to obtain mixed powder by colors; separately steaming the mixture by colors; kneading each mixture, and cutting each dough into 5-10mm; aligning the cut dough by colors, and compressing to obtain dough with the five colors; and extruding the obtained dough with the five colors to obtain the noodles, and drying the noodles.
