RECOVERY DEVICE OF THE INSULATION GAS USING PSA AND SYSTEM CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for collecting insulation gas using PSA and a method for operating the same are provided to reduce global warming phenomenon due to SF_6 discharged from electric power industry. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for collecting insulation gas includes a collecting part(102), a storing part(104), and a refining part(106). The collecting part is in connection with an insulating unit and collects and pressurizes SF_6. The storing part is in connection with the collecting part and liquefies and stores the collected SF_6. The refining part eliminates impurities form the stored SF_6 and feeds-back the SF_6 to the collecting part. The refining part includes PSA(126) and vacuum pressure swing adsorption(128).
