PURPOSE: A piezoelectric device which includes a piezoelectric element, piezoelectric porcelain, and the piezoelectric element including the same are provided to add Mn into a main component which is comprised of a complex oxide of a PZT-PZN(Pb(Zr,Ti)O3-Pb(Zn,Nb)O3) system, thereby reducing heat generated from vibrations while obtaining enough amplitude velocity. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric element(20) comprises a pair of electrodes(2,3) which are facing to each other and piezoelectric porcelain(5). The piezoelectric porcelain is arranged between the electrodes. The piezoelectric porcelain is polarized in an opposite direction of the electrode. The piezoelectric porcelain generates vibrations in a long side direction. The composition of the piezoelectric porcelain is measured using an X-ray diffraction technique or an ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma) optical emission spectroscopy technique.
