PURPOSE: A channel management method in a recognition wireless sensor network is provided to improve energy efficiency by preventing unnecessary channel from being sensed and changed. CONSTITUTION: An operation channel sensing mode, a backup channel sensing mode, an operation channel change mode, a backup channel changing mode, and a data mode are classified as an operation mode of a recognition wireless sensor network. The operation mode is adaptively determined by using a POMDP(Partially Observable Markov Decision Process) method based on a channel sensing result in the decision period before start of each operation mode. |
