PURPOSE: A device for fixing a memo plate for a chair is provided to prevent foreign materials from being stuck to the outside of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a memo plate for a chair comprises a supporting board(1), a fixed body(2), a fixing hole(3), a fixed shaft(5), a spring(6), a screwnut(7), a connecting part, a coupling hole(12), a planar section, and a cap(17). In the supporting board, a memo bard is fixed. The fixed body is inserted into a receiving space formed in the side wall of the chair. The fixing hole fixes the fixed body in the receiving space of the chair. The fixed shaft fixes the fixed body and supporting board. In the lateral part of the cap, a coupling groove is formed.
