An alignment apparatus of a light axis and a micro projector having the same are provided to obtain an image with high quality by exactly impinging light beams from laser light sources to an image display panel at a uniform light intensity distribution. An alignment apparatus(70) of a light axis includes a first moving unit(71) and a second moving unit(72). The first moving unit is movable in a first axial direction for a housing receiving a first lens. The second moving unit receives a second lens and is coupled to the first moving unit to move in a second axial direction perpendicular to the first axial direction. The alignment apparatus of the light axis further includes a first axis control bolt(73) and a second axis control bolt(74). The first axis control bolt passes through the first moving unit and controls displacement of the first axial direction of the first moving unit for the housing. The second axis control bolt passes through the second moving unit and controls displacement of the second axial direction of the second moving unit for the first moving unit.
