PURPOSE: A battery sharing apparatus is provided to increase a cost reduction effect by transmitting a charging request signal through a sound wave signal of audio frequency boundary and utilizing a speaker and a microphone included in a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A coil and adjustment circuit part(10) transmits and receives wireless power. A wireless charge receiver(20) supplies the wireless power applied from the coil and adjustment circuit part to a battery(60). A wireless charge transmission part(30) supplies charge power of the battery to the coil and adjustment circuit part. A first switch(40) and a second switch(41) forms a power transmission mode for supplying the power of the battery to outside. A controller(50) controls the drive of the wireless charge transmission part and the wireless charge receiver.
