PURPOSE: A light emitting device which utilizes a ceramic substrate is provided to prevent exfoliation of a resin material by improving surface properties of a substrate in order to increase adhesive strength of a contact region of the ceramic substrate and a packing resin material. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ceramic sheets(110a) is laminated on a ceramic substrate(110). The ceramic substrate comprises first and second electrode patterns(111,113) which are separated from each other. A light emitting chip(120) is mounted on the ceramic substrate. A packing resin part(130) seals the light emitting chip with a light transmissive resin. A ceramic sheet(140) for bonding the resin has an uneven surface in order to increase adhesive strength with the packing resin part.
