PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a light reflection part without an additional separate mask process. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(212) of a thin film transistor is formed on a substrate(10). A gate electrode comprises a first gate electrode(214) which is made of a transparent conductive material and a second gate electrode(215) which is made of a metal. A pixel electrode(114) which is made of the transparent conductive material is formed on a first insulating layer(13). A source electrode(216a) and a drain electrode(216b) are electrically connected to the active layer. A light reflection part(116) is located on the upper edge of the pixel electrode. A light emitting layer(118) is located inside of the light reflection part and the upper part of the pixel electrode.
