PURPOSE: Feed for ruminant livestock containing Cordyceps sinensis, a breeding method of the ruminant livestock using the same and meat of the ruminant livestock cultivated thereby are provided to increase the cordycepin content in meat of the ruminant livestock by using the Cordyceps sinensis. CONSTITUTION: A cultivating method of Cordyceps sinensis includes the following steps: preparing a growing medium including compositions 25-30 weight% for cultivating the Cordyceps sinensis and moisture 70-75 weight%; inoculating liquid fungus of the Cordyceps sinensis; cultivating the inoculated medium; harevesting the grown Cordyceps sinensis. The 0.1-3 weight% of Cordyceps sinensis is included the feeder.
