PURPOSE: A tree protector for guiding the growth roots of trees is provided to bury the tree protector around the roots of the trees for preventing the roots from growing to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A tree protector for guiding the growth roots of trees comprises the following: tree protecting stands(10) in a rectangular panel shape with the fixed thickness; a fixing member(20) connecting the tree protecting stands for fix-combining; a supporting jaw formed on the upper side of the tree protecting stands; and a tree protecting cover(30) mounted on the upper side of the supporting jaw. The supporting jaw includes a first supporting jaw(16) and a second supporting jaw(17).
